Give the Gift of Joy: Join Our 2nd Annual Toy Drive to Support Unhoused Youth in Santa Clara County

The holiday season is a time of giving, and at Skin Confidence, we are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Toy Drive, benefiting PATH Homeless Shelter in Santa Clara County. This year, we invite you to join us in spreading joy to local youth and families in need. From now until December 15th, we are collecting new, unwrapped toys, books, and games for children and youth ages 0-18.

Why Your Donation Matters

PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) provides vital services to over 1,000 youth and their families every year. These services include street outreach, interim housing, employment assistance, and mental health support. By donating to our toy drive, you help bring hope, comfort, and joy to children and families facing homelessness during the holidays.

PATH’s mission is simple but profound: to end homelessness and ensure that every person has a safe place to call home. The organization serves a diverse population, many of whom are children and young adults struggling to overcome difficult circumstances. Your donation will bring a smile to a child’s face and provide a sense of normalcy during what can be a challenging time of year.

How You Can Participate

It’s easy to get involved in our 2nd Annual Toy Drive. Here’s how you can help:

1. Donate New, Unwrapped Toys, Books, or Games: We are accepting toys, books, and games suitable for children and youth ages 0-18. Whether it’s a stuffed animal, a board game, or a fun educational toy, every donation makes a difference.

2. Receive a $25 Gift Voucher: As a thank you for your donation, you’ll receive a $25 gift voucher towards your next service or product purchase at Skin Confidence. It’s a way of showing appreciation for your support and kindness.

Funds will go directly towards purchasing additional toys, books, and games for youth in need. You can donate via Venmo (@skinconfidencestudio) or Zelle (669-210-4125). Please label your donation as “Toy Drive Donation” to ensure it goes towards the cause.

4. Drop Off Your Donation: Please arrange a time to drop off your donation at Skin Confidence Studio. Hours may vary, so it is recommend to contact us ahead of time to confirm the best time for you to drop off your contribution. Donations will be accepted until December 20th.

Why Participate?

Last year, thanks to the generous support of our community, we collected over 50 toy donations for youth at PATH. This year, we aim to make an even bigger impact, and with your help, we know we can! Every donation, no matter the size, will bring a little more light into a child’s holiday season. It’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.

At Skin Confidence, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. We are honored to be a part of this collaborative effort with PATH to support our local youth and help make their holidays brighter. Together, we can create a ripple of kindness that extends far beyond the holiday season.

How You Can Spread the Word

Even if you’re unable to donate, you can still help by spreading the word about our toy drive. Share this blog post with friends, family, and colleagues, or post about the drive on your social media accounts. Every mention counts and helps us reach more people who might want to participate in supporting this wonderful cause.

Thank You for Your Support
